The very foundation of KVN Services Ambulance & Emergency Services lies in our belief that every living being is important for the Universe, and there should be no stones unturned in ensuring that every life which is in danger, should be protected at any cost.
There are basically Four steps which we follow, and something which we recommend to all our customers and patrons:
In case of any emergency or urgent requirement, customers and patrons are required to contact by emailing us at info@kvnservices.com. We will soon launch our new mobile app as well, using which you can contact us, and let us know about the nature of the emergency.
We will listen to your emergency, and provide you prompt advice, which will help to negotiate with the situation, immediately. We will collect your address, your phone number and any special instruction which you want us to have.
Within 5-15 minutes, we will inform you about the possible expenditure to carry out the emergency tasks, and based on your approval, we will immediately dispatch the required personals for handling the issue. In case the situation is out of control (like home fire), then we will act based on emergency approach, as mentioned in our Corporate Rulebook.
We will provide you with safe and secured payment gateways, through which you can make the payments for our service charges, without any obstacles.
We can also provide counselors and insurance managers to assist you more, based on your requirements and interests.
In some cases, like Wildland Fire Protection Services, we will be requiring some help from law enforcement authorities as well, for which we will take you into confidence. In those cases where law is being broken and the matter can be referred to Judiciary, we will inform you beforehand whether the services being demanded are covered under our Corporate Rulebook or not.
